The stock we buy and supply day to day
These are the categories actually traded. Anything outside them is handled as a sourcing enquiry, not promised as stock.

Core traded stock
Euro 1200 × 800
Used and reconditioned Euro-size stock for European and general distribution handling.
Core traded stock
Grade A reconditioned
The strongest presentation and condition within used stock, for customer-facing distribution and higher-value loads.
Condition agreed on quotation
Grade B reconditioned
Sound, serviceable used stock with visible wear — the workhorse for general distribution and internal handling.
Condition agreed on quotation
Heat-treated / export-suitable
ISPM15-marked stock sourced where available for international shipments. REBASE does not apply the mark itself.

Grade guide
Condition, described plainly
Grade terminology varies between suppliers, so treat this as a guide only. The condition and specification you will actually receive is agreed and confirmed in writing on the quotation.
Grade A
Best available presentation and structural condition within used stock. Suited to customer-facing distribution.
Grade B
Sound and serviceable with visible wear. Standard choice for general distribution and internal handling.
Repairable
Structurally recoverable stock taken through repair before it re-enters supply. Usually bought in rather than sold on.
Non-reusable
Timber beyond economic repair. Routed to recycling rather than disposal wherever the material allows.
Procurement FAQ
Questions buyers ask before ordering
- Which pallets do you supply?
- UK standard (1200 × 1000mm) and Euro (1200 × 800mm) stock, new where required and reconditioned across the common used grades. Mixed and non-standard sizes are quoted by enquiry against what is available.
- What is the difference between used and reconditioned pallets?
- Used stock is recovered pallets sold on in the condition they arrive in, sorted to an agreed grade. Reconditioned stock has additionally been inspected and repaired before it goes back out. Both are priced per unit against the condition agreed on quotation, and both are perfectly serviceable for most handling and distribution work. New stock is a sourcing enquiry rather than a stocked line.
- Can you supply heat-treated pallets for export?
- We can source ISPM15-marked, export-suitable stock where it is available. REBASE does not operate its own heat treatment facility and does not apply the ISPM15 mark itself — tell us the destination and what your freight forwarder requires and we will confirm what we can source and when.
- Do you supply new, bespoke or plastic pallets?
- New, plastic, bespoke and non-standard sizes are handled as sourcing enquiries rather than stocked lines, subject to availability. Send the drawing, sample or dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it and at what lead time.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- Quantities are quoted per requirement. Full loads are the most cost-effective because transport is the biggest variable; smaller quantities are still quoted, with delivery shown separately.
- How is the grade controlled?
- Grade language varies across the trade, so we confirm the agreed condition in writing on the quotation. If that condition cannot be met from available stock, we tell you before the order is confirmed rather than substituting quietly.
- Can you collect surplus pallets on the same visit?
- Where routing allows, a delivery and a collection can be combined so one vehicle movement both replenishes and clears. Flag it on the enquiry and we will look at the schedule.
