REBASE
Operatives grading and repairing reclaimed pallets

We buy pallets

Sell your surplus pallets to REBASE.

Usable, mixed or damaged stock assessed properly, collected on a planned movement and paid for at a price confirmed by a person.

What we buy

Loads we can assess

We buy usable surplus pallet stock and take a serious look at repairable material before anything is written off. Price is confirmed after type, condition, volume and location are reviewed.

Usable pallets

Sound, serviceable stock that can be graded and returned straight into supply.

Mixed loads

Assorted sizes and conditions sorted after collection rather than refused at enquiry.

Damaged & repairable stock

Repairable timber has value. It is assessed properly instead of being treated as waste by default.

One-off clearances

Accumulated stock cleared in one planned movement, including yards that have built up over months.

Recurring collections

Scheduled uplifts where your operation generates surplus at a predictable rate.

Non-standard sizes

Bespoke and odd-size pallets assessed case by case against reuse demand.

Send photographs

A handful of clear photographs — full stacks, a close-up of typical condition and the loading area — is usually enough for an initial view. Attach them to the form and the assessment moves much faster. Final pricing is always confirmed by a member of the team, on inspection or on site.

Ownership

REBASE only purchases pallets the seller is legally entitled to sell. We do not buy third-party pooled assets such as CHEP-owned pallets, which remain the property of the pool operator and should be returned rather than traded.

Seller FAQ

What sellers ask us

Which pallets can I legally sell?
Only pallets you own or are otherwise legally entitled to dispose of. REBASE does not purchase third-party pooled assets — CHEP blue pallets, for example, remain CHEP property and must be returned to the pool rather than sold. If a load contains pooled pallets, tell us and we will separate them from the assessment.
Do you buy damaged pallets?
Damaged and repairable stock is assessed rather than written off. Whether it carries value depends on the type, the extent of the damage, the volume and the collection location.
How is the price decided?
Price is confirmed after we review pallet type, condition, volume and location. Assessment is always made by a person — we do not issue automated valuations, and we will not quote a headline figure before seeing what the load actually is.
Can you collect regularly?
Yes. Where your operation produces surplus at a predictable rate, we can agree a recurring collection schedule around your loading windows.
What do you need from me to start?
Pallet type, approximate quantity, condition, collection postcode, whether it is one-off or recurring, and photographs of the stacks and the loading area.

Larger or ongoing programmes are handled through collections and recovery. Buying as well as selling? See pallet supply.
