Quotations
Quotations are issued against the specification, volume and location supplied at enquiry, and against stock availability at the time of quoting. Prices remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Grading and specification
Grade descriptions are confirmed in writing at quotation stage. Where an agreed grade cannot be met from available stock, we will inform you before an order is confirmed.
Collections and deliveries
Movements are planned around site access, loading method and agreed timing. Access, offloading capability and site safety arrangements are the responsibility of the site operator unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Surplus stock purchase
Assessments and prices for surplus stock are confirmed by a member of our team following review or inspection. No valuation issued through this website is automated or binding.
Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed per account or per order and stated on the relevant quotation or invoice. Account facilities are subject to approval.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Detailed liability provisions will be set out in the final published terms of business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to confirmation in the final published document.
